She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse M. Horne and Cora Collins Horne; her husband Curtis "Guy" Fagan; and her daughter Donna Fagan Collins. She is survived by: her son Gregg Fagan (Marla) of Columbia, SC; her grandchildren, Jennifer Blackston (Billy) of Inman, SC, Jessica Williams of Inman, SC, Alex Fagan (Kate) of Greenville, SC, Lizz Fagan Stapleton (Eric) of Irmo, SC and Kathryn Fagan of Columbia, SC; her sister Imogene Burns of Inman, SC; and her great grandchildren, Carly Rae Blackston, Jaylen Pettit, Brice Williams, Natalie Williams, Blake Williams, Benjamin Stapleton (Bear) and Isla Fagan.
