With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florence Freeman of Tryon, North Carolina, who passed away on December 4, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Hughes Gantt and Clifford L. Gantt; her husband Alvin Freeman; her sons, Clarence Al Freeman and Dr. John E. Freeman; and her grandson Jonathan Kyle Freeman.
She is survived by: her children, Rev. Dan Freeman (Judy) of Mooresville, NC and Susan Eernisse (Glenn) of Carrollton, GA; and her sister Jessie Gantt Gragg of Ashville, NC. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
