She was predeceased by: her parents, Billie Shehan and Mattie Earley Shehan; her husband Clifford Collins; her son Wayne Collins; and her siblings, Ruth Russell, Jessie Shehan, Bessie Morrow and Sue Plumley.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Collins (Shay), Terry Collins (Becky), Jack Collins (Bridgette), Neal Collins (Angela) and Jennifer Harris (Chris); her daughter-in-law Maggi Collins; and her siblings, Annie Jackson, Dollie Lewis and Joe Shehan. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great - grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hickory Grove Baptist Church (368 Hickory Grove Church Rd, Columbus, NC 28722). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Hickory Grove Baptist Church Cemetery (368 Hickory Grove Church Rd, Columbus, NC 28722).
