He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Allen Campbell Sr.; and his brothers, Jerry Campbell and Richard Campbell. He is survived by: his mother Eunice Street Campbell; his wife Susan Jackson Campbell; his sons, Shawn Campbell (Melissa) of Murphy, NC and Brian Campbell; his grandchildren, Nathan and Lindy Campbell; and his siblings, Diane Trotter (Bryan), Mickey Campbell, Daniel Campbell, Teresa Lane (Brian) and Margie Spake (Tony). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
