He was predeceased by: his former wife Carolyn Thornburg Faggart; his siblings, Harry Edward Faggart, Jr. and Dorothy Faggart Barrier; and his sons, John Edward Faggart and Stephan Eric Faggart.
He is survived by: his wife Lena M. Faggart of Tryon, NC; his children, Billy Eugene Faggart, Jr. (Margrit) and Jennifer Faggart Asuncion (Errel); and his stepchildren, Vickie Hoke and Jeffrey Hall (Wendy).
