He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Hampton Sheppard and Pastor Zenobia Sheppard. He is survived by: his wife Joan B. Sheppard of Tryon, NC.; his children, Benny A. Sheppard, Calvin Sheppard, Minister Yvonne Tyler, Veronica Sheppard, Nehemiah J. Sheppard and Angela Williams (Danny); and his sister Emma S. Jackson. He is also survived by Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews other relatives and friends.
