She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Franklin Richards and Florence Isabell Waters Richards; her spouse Burdette Horne; and her sister Sarah West. She is survived by: her children, Farrell Condrey (Linda) of Rutherfordton, Terry Horne of Campobello and Crissy Hackett (Shawn) of Spartanburg; her brother Charles Franklin Richards, Jr. (Betty) of Inman; her grandchildren, Corey Condrey (Jessica), Madysen Horne and Garrison Horne; and her great grandchildren, Leelin Condrey, Skylar Condrey and Layla Schults. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
