With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah Katherine Taylor of Troy, North Carolina, born in Monroe, North Carolina, who passed away on March 17, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Priles and Louise Helms Priles; her husband Roy Thomas Taylor; her brother Pete Priles; and her grandparents, Ethel Price Helms and Carl Helms.

She is survived by: her children, Sarah Angelia "Angie" Callicutt (Kevin) of Troy, NC and Carl Thomas Taylor (Angie) of Thomasville, NC; her grandchildren, Drake Simmons, Hunter Simmons and Kimberlee Taylor; her brothers, Tommy Priles and George Priles; her nephew Robbie Priles; and her cousin Donna Ennis.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Randolph.
