Robert Burns Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2020, at the age of 91, Robert Burns of Troy, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert Burns to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" Ruffin and Velma Lassiter Burns; and his siblings, Joe Burns and Doris Hamilton. He is survived by: his wife Betty Beane Burns; his children, Robert "Bob" Eugene Burns Jr. of Troy, Clayton Burns (Susan) of Carthage and Jennifer Smith (Tony) of Mt. Gilead; his sister Barbara Lynthacum (George); and his sister-in-law Phyllis Burns. He is also survived by three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
