We bid farewell to Rebecca Dennis Dunn of Troy, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 2, 2025 at the age of 85. Rebecca touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Randall Dennis and Ola Hunsucker Dennis; and her husband Hughes Dunn. She is survived by: her children, Beverly King and Heidi Dunn of Greensboro; her siblings, Marie D. Morris of Troy and Jesse Dennis (Mary Ellen) of Troy; her sister-in-law Peggy Dennis of Albemarle; her grandchildren, Gus King (Courtney) of Raleigh and Elizabeth Winfree; her great grandchildren, Kristin Sisk and Boone Winfree; and her pets, Toby and Jazzie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Liberty Hill Baptist Church Cemetery (657 Liberty Hill Church Rd, Mt Gilead, NC 27306).
