She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Burrow Gaffney and Lawrence Fredrick Gaffney; and her siblings, Lawrence Fredrick Gaffney, Jr. and Annette Gaffney. She is survived by: her husband Cary F. Ray; her children, Lauren Bailey Cotter (Al) of Rosewood, Todd Ray (Anne) of Richmond, VA and Jackie Batchelder (Kevin) of Richmond, VA; and her siblings, Michael Gaffney, Neil Gaffney (Beverly), Elaine Gallegos (Al), Diane Brooks (Dennis) and Melea Randolph. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
