He was predeceased by: his parents, James Belvin and Janie Andrews; his son Johnny Belvin Andrews; his sister Judy Dunn; his sister-in-law Ann McFayden; and his father-in-law James McIntyre.
He is survived by: his wife Betty McIntyre Andrews; his children, Renee Andrews (Phil) of Troy, Charlene Null (David) of Troy and Jimmy Andrews (Amy) of Troy; his grandchildren, Emma, Andi, Spencer, Daniel, Bradley, Justin, Garrett, Brianna, James, Andrew, Waylon, Amber and Maddison; his sister Earlene Dunn Luther of Troy; his uncles, James Andrews (Cotton), Floyd Andrews and Jesse Andrews; his mother-in-law Virginia Brown McIntyre; and his brother-in-law Don McFayden. He is also survived by four step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
