He is survived by: his parent Eva Jenette Ledbetter Lewis; his wife Angela Chappell Lewis; his stepson Dustin Crisco of Troy; his siblings, James Willard Lewis Jr. of Albemarle, Jerry "Pete" Don Lewis of Seagrove, Johnny Ray Lewis of Wilmington, Garon Lewis-Singer of Robbins and Ruth Lewis Parker of Robbins; and his grandchildren, Kenleigh Renee Crisco and Sawyer Lynn Crisco. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
