He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Thomas and Edith Kiger Haywood; and his brothers, Gary Haywood and Don Haywood. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jean Haywood; his children, Jeremy Haywood (Lee) and Amy Callicutt (Brandon) of Troy; his brother Mark Haywood of Mt. Gilead; and his grandchildren, Maggie, Bennett, Hunter, Case and Everett.
