It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irma Faye Edmonds of Troy, North Carolina, who passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Knox and Martha Griffin Knox. She is survived by: her children, Melody Farmer of Greenville, Kimberly Boyette of Mount Olive, Sherri Jo Bass (Ricky) of Chocowinity and Gerald Douglas Deas of Greenville; her sister-in-law Alma Knox of Gold Point; and her siblings, Lorraine Stalls of Hamilton, Louise Thompson of Tarboro, Hazel Oakley of Williamston and Harry Knox of Tarboro. She is also survived by grandchildren, eight; great grandchildren.
