She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas Chester; her sons, Clay Fennell and Carl Fennell; and her siblings, Monroe Talley and Ona Payne.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Fennell (Ruth) of Grand Forks, ND, Dalene Barnhill (Joe) of Laurinburg, Suson Crawford (Steven) of Granbury, TX and Allon "Sam" Fennell (Cindy) of Marysville, WA; her grandchildren, David Fennell (Heather), Tonya Denny (Richard), Wayne Fennell (Lori), Mindy Ybarra (Rodney), Jason Crawford, Carlena Barnhill, Allon Fennell, Shannan Crawford, Anthony Barnhill and Christina Harpin (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Shae, Katelyn, Alexis, Maggie, Madeline, Chaz, Chandler, Josh, Ella, Bethany, Lexie and Elleora; her great great grandchildren, Pressley and Evaleah; her brothers, Charles Talley, Roy Talley and Melvin Talley; and also Easter Seals. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
