She was predeceased by: her parent Ray Harvell; her daughter Kathy Hurley Lowder; and her sister Clara Ann Willetts. She is survived by: her parent Rose Reavis Harvell; her spouse Joe Hurley; her sons, Doug Hurley (Debbie) of Greensboro, Harold Hurley (Yvonne) and Darrell Hurley (Pam); and her brother Raymond Harvell (Susie) of Asheboro. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
