It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grady Lee Blakely (Troy, North Carolina), born in Clemmons, North Carolina, who passed away on June 12, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Blakely and Ivy Mae Ellis Blakely; his brothers, Carlos Blakely of Lexington, NC and Mattie B. James; and his former wife Alma Fain Blakely.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Cagle Blakely; and his children, Larry Blakely (Becky) of Lenoir, NC, Tim Blakely (Martha) of Troy, NC, Robby Cagle (Faith) of Mt, Kevin Cagle (April) of Seagrove, NC, Bronda Green (Bob) of Taylorsville, NC, Ann Lucas (Ronnie) of Troy, NC, Jean Wilson and Annette Chappell of Seagrove, NC. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.
