He was predeceased by: his parent Lonnie Thomas Hicks. He is survived by: his parent Merle Hurley Harris of Troy; his children, Wendy Hicks (Thomas Cook) of Wake Forest, Brian Hicks (Christy) of Wilmington and Jason Harris (Jenni) of Wilmington; his sister Dana Harris of Troy; and his grandchildren, Clara Carver Cash, Jake Harris and Andy Harris.
