She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Hancock and Barbara Shelton Hancock; and her sister Goldie Wallace. She is survived by: her husband Joel Ray; her daughters, Joely and Amy Lowden (John) of Connecticut; her grandchildren, Catherine Anne Lowden, William Lowden of New York City and Lee Lowden of Charlotte; and her siblings, Ann Tysinger of Candor, Robert Hancock (Pam) of Seven Lakes and Roger Hancock of Candor.
