She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Dorn and Winnie McCracken Dorn; and her siblings, Dorothy "Dottie" Couch and Robert Dorn. She is survived by: her husband Danny Garman; her daughters, Melissa Burgess (James) of Burgaw, Stephanie Abrams (Tim) of New Bern and Danielle Meadows (Ray) of Raleigh; her sister Louise Benner of Raleigh; and her grandchildren, Tyler, Madeleine, Noah, Ivy, Savannah and Parker. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
