He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Carol Gay Hamilton; his children, Clifton David Hamilton (Jill) of Bend, OR and Christy "Lainie" Hamilton (Clint Shedrick) of Smithfield, NC; his siblings, Wayne Lee Hamilton (Denise) of Four Oaks, NC, Tony Blake Hamilton (Kathy) of Four Oaks, NC, Richard Bruce Hamilton (Lori) of Smithfield, NC and Melanie McCullen of Smithfield; and his grandchildren, Zachary Tyler Pleasant and Emily Ann Pleasant.
The family suggest memorials be made to Community Homecare and Hospice, 1024 Albemarle Road, Troy, NC 27371.
