He was predeceased by: his father John W. Morris. He is survived by: his wife Marlene H. Dunn; his children, Joni Sparks of Pineville, Jacqui Sci of Roswell, GA, Jeffrey Dunn of Charlotte and John W. Dunn, II of Mount Gilead; and his stepbrother Dr. Thomas Morris of Newport News, VA.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
