He is survived by: his sons, Dee Pennell (Nikki) of New Port Richey, FL and Jeff Pennell (Rhonda) of Newport, NC; his grandchildren, Cory Pennell (Savannah), Mary Beth Harb (Brad), Courtney Pennell, Tanner Pennell, Cameron Pennell, Maggie Pennell and Taylor Pennell; and his great grandchildren, Brantley Pennell, Talleigh Pennell and Eleanor Harb. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
