She is survived by: her husband Roy Atkins; and her daughters, Carrie Atkins Dickerson (Josh) of Troy, NC, Cathy Atkins of Cary, NC and Dianne Slagle (Wayne Saunders) of Biscoe, NC. She is also survived by four grandchildren; one brother and one sister.
