She was predeceased by: her husband Jay Allen "Toot" Bass; her parents, Ira Monroe Overcash Sr. and Emma Lee Mackey Overcash; and her siblings, Ira Monroe "Buck" Overcash Jr., Max Duward Overcash, Allen Clayton Overcash, Keith O'Neal Overcash, Julia Katherine Overcash Litzner (Shue) and Mildred Kathleen Overcash Parker.

She is survived by: her daughter Emma Overcash (Mackey). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family members, and friends.
