He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Jack and Janie Wagner Miller; his spouse Shirley Ann Sipes Miller; and his brother Edward Miller. He is survived by: his sons, Richard Miller (Kim) of Gainesville, GA, John Kim Miller (Debra) of Harmony and Jody Miller (Susie) of Troutman. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
