She is survived by: her daughter Christine Annette Stinson Neal (Allen) of Cleveland, NC; her grandchildren, Matthew Steven Stinson, Andrew Keith Stinson of Statesville, NC., Christopher Allen Neal, Jaedon Alexander Neal, Keith Aiken Neal, Kellan Austin Neal, Opal Gainey and Cassidy Lewis; her great grandchild Nevaeh Elizabeth Annette Neal; and her sister Marilyn Lentz Bass (Dale).
