Sue Carter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sue Carter (Troutman, North Carolina), who passed away on October 18, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli Gill Millsaps and Dorothy Scott Millsaps; and her sister Barbara Foster. She is survived by: her sister Jean Harpe; her friend Jesus; her husband Roger Jackson Carter; her son Dale Fox (Leslie); her grandchildren, Katie Fox, Gus Fox and Emma Fox; her great grandchildren, Adalyn, Maci Meredith, Julian, Jeremiah Fox, James and Davina Walkup; and also, Jennifer Fox, Christine Fox and Amanda Walkup (Michael).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Gordon Hospice House of Statesville.
