He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Jordan Freeze; his siblings-in-law, Danny Jordan and Deborah Jordan; and his sons, Brandon, Tyler and Trevor.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospitality House of Charlotte, 1400 Scott Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28203 who provided Cindy a safe, secure, place to live for the month Lenny was in the hospital in Charlotte, or to Gordon Hospice House, 2341 Simonton Road, Statesville, NC 28625.
