He is survived by: his wife Shirley Shields Coulter; his daughter Ronna Coulter Keeter (Chris); his grandchildren, Jacob Campbell (Elizabeth) and Meghan Campbell (George); and his great grandchildren, Aden, David, Adrian and Lucas.
