She is survived by: her husband Elmer Huie; her children, Lisa Henderson (Chester) and Chris Huie; her grandchildren, Whitley H. Ely (Jonny), Heather D. Huie (Will Mitchell) and Jake W. Huie; her great grandchild Bentley; and her sisters, Loela Moxley and Lucille Harwell.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the Beulah Heights Wesleyan Church (108 Emmanuel Rd, Troutman, NC 28166). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
