She was predeceased by: her parents, Deacon Avery and Linnie Tucker Wilson; her son Sherman Wilson, Sr.; and her siblings, George Wilson, Tommie Lee Wilson, David Wilson, John Wilson, Sr., William Wilson and Betsy Wilson.
She is survived by: her grandson Sherman Wilson, Jr. (Michelle); her great grandchild Payton Wilson; her sisters, Jessie White of Troutman and Amanda Norman (Charles) of Troutman; her sister-in-law Mary Frances Wilson; and her niece Marsha White (James).
