It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Phillip Morrison of Troutman, North Carolina, born in Mooresville, North Carolina, who passed away on June 28, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Morrison and Polly Jones Morrison Caskaddon; his stepfather Tommy Caskaddon; his aunt Modena Morrison; his uncle Pressley Morrison; his grandparents, George, Alice Morrison, Elbert and Mary Jones; his stepgrandparents, John and Edna Caskaddon; and his uncles, Hoyt, Winston, Gary Morrison and Thad Jones.
He is survived by: his sister Libby Morrison Krug (Ken); his nephew John Krug Daniel Krug (Adrienne); his great-niece Carolina Steele Krug; and his aunts, Brenda Jones and Mary Ruth Lipe. He is also survived by many cousins, friends and extended family.
