It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Ray Millsaps of Troutman, North Carolina, who passed away on May 31, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Millsaps and Ruth Millsaps (Galliher); and his son Paul D. Millsaps. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Benge Millsaps; his son Ken Millsaps (Amy); his brother Benny Millsaps (Barbara); and his grandchildren, Jack Millsaps, Katie Jones (Lucas) and Sam Millsaps.
