He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Glenn Cavin, Sr. and Hazel Ostwalt Cavin. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Bass Cavin; his brother Jerry Cavin (Diann); his daughter Karen Moody Kasey (Mark); his stepchildren, Jimmy Moody (Brandy), Michael Beaver and Angela Hooper; his nephew Jeffrey Cavin (Stephanie); his niece Carla Cavin Mills (Brandon); his sister-in-law Bessie Mae Mills (Gail); and his grandchildren, Emily Kasey Austin (David), Ashley Kasey, Caitlin Moody, Adam Moody and Brady Moody.
