It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Faye Blevins (Troutman, North Carolina), who passed away on April 10, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd H. Porter and Carrie King Porter; her spouse Jessie Talmadge Blevins (Jay); and her siblings, Lewis, Gene, Larry Porter, Ennis Luffman, Reba Saleem and Peggy Ratledge.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Kilby of Statesville and Stoney Blevins (Candace) of Hendersonville; her grandchildren, Andrew (Elizabeth), Adam Kilby (Daphne) of Statesville, Spencer (Brenna), Cole, Lydia, Sarah, Eli Blevins of Hendersonville and Hannah Stevenson (Kristian) of Lynchburg, VA; her great grandchildren, Vivienne, Luke, Matilda and Madeline Kilby of Statesville; and her brother Don Porter (Joyce) of Hamptonville.
