He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Columbus Phillips and Annie Pearl Vannoy. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Christy Huff (Tim), Denise Phillips and Dennis Phillips (Deanna); his grandchildren, Garrett Huff, Collin Huff, Chad Huff, Nicolas Csucsai, Ann Marie Csucsai, Aiden Phillips, Lacie Phillips and Morgan Gourley; and his caregivers, Jennifer, Laura and Lindsey.
