She was predeceased by: her parents, David Marion Hardin and Roxy Zanna Anderson Hardin; and her husband Benjamin N. Black. She is survived by: her children, Norman Black (Sandy), Baron J. Black, Regina King (Allen), Wendell Black and Galen Black (Luanne Paschal). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Landmark Church of God (2200 E Broad St, Statesville, NC 28625). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Landmark Church of God or to your local church in honor of Rev. Benjamin and Darris Black.
