She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ivey Ostwalt and Grace Ervin Ostwalt; and her brother John Ostwalt. She is survived by: her daughters, Janie M. Dixon (Richard) and Donna Miller; her granddaughters, Kellie D. Vicars Casey (Billy) and Amy Dixon Hansen (Troy); and her great grandchildren, Austin, Evan Vicars, Jack, Jett Hansen, Caitlyn and Will Casey.
