He is survived by: his wife Baptist Men; his daughters, Judy Carrigan Douglas (Reg Brown) and Penny Carrigan McCullen (Tommy); his sister Mary C. Miller of Advance; his grandchildren, Joel Douglas (Sheree), Ryan Douglas (Crystal), Kelli Douglas and Steve Carrigan; and his great grandchildren, Brittany Hattier (Tim) of Louisiana, Chandler Douglas, Maddie Douglas, Mary Ryan Douglas, David Douglas, Lauren Rhyne, Ashley Murphy and Kristen Campbell. He is also survived by eight great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ostwalt Baptist Church (198 Ostwalt Amity Rd, Troutman, NC 28166). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at the St. Michaels Cemetery's Main.
