He was predeceased by: his parents, Lesia Crawford Houck and Michael Earl Yates; and his stepfather Kenneth James Houck. He is survived by: his siblings, Karen Payne (Jeffrey), Emily Miller, Kenneth Houck, Jr. and Amanda Price (Justin); his nieces and nephews, Madeline Huynh (Kevin), Phoebe Payne, Wesley, Zane Miller, Joel Price and Quinn Price; and his great-nieces, Mabel and Lucy Huynh.
