She was predeceased by: her parents, T. A. Lenoir (Reatha) and Ruth Fuller (Joe); her stepson Ricky Pitts; and her son Douglas "Bubba" Osborne. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Pitts of Troutman, NC; her daughter Lynn Haynes of Troutman, NC; her stepson Bill Pitts Jr. (Patty) of Florida; her son Chance Osborne (Kammie) of McDonough, GA; and her sister Barbara Grimsley (Dewie).

As an expression of Sympathy, the family asks for donations to a charity that was near and dear to Audrey's heart, your local Hospice or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
