She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred D. Spencer and Mary Teague Spencer. She is survived by: her husband Charles Weldon Dobbins; her daughter Mary Lee Hartley (Wayne); her grandsons, Craig Hartley, Jr. and Robert Brentley Hartley (Debbie); her great grandchildren, Trevor Spencer Hartley (Jordynne) and Emma Kaitlyn Hartley; her stepsons, Dwight Dobbins (Marsha) and Ronald Dobbins (Kathy); her stepgrandchildren, Emily Dobbins, Eric Dobbins (Rebekah) and Fran Dobbins Hill (Matt); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Corben Hill and Hunter Smith.
