She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Grady Carroll and Onnie "Ona" Alberta Williams Carroll; her grandparents, Stuart Colfax Carroll, Zora Greene Carroll, John Wesley Williams and Sallie Moretz Willliams; her siblings, Violet Mae Carroll Hayes, Velma Treva Carroll Anderson, Vera Opal Carroll Moretz, Edith Pauline Carroll, Eva Alberta Carroll Keller, Vaughn Herbert Carroll, Roy Forrest "Peck" Carroll and Grady Olen "Buddy" Carroll; and her nephew Ernest Eugene "Gene" Moretz, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Ernest "Ernie" Eugene Moretz, Sr.; her daughter Tina Marie Moretz of Joppa; her siblings, Dorothy Jean Carroll Williams of Bel Air, Maryland and Stanley Bruce Carroll "Beverly" of Boone, NC; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Nell Carroll of Lenoir, NC and Vickie Carroll of Boone, NC.
