Wilma Tilley Phillips Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wilma Tilley Phillips in Trinity, North Carolina, who passed away on February 15, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, W. L. Tilley and Viola Lashmit Tilley; her husband Harold D. Phillips Sr.; her grandson Douglas Tyler Phillips; and her aunt Ruth L. Critz.
She is survived by: her children, H. Douglas Phillips, Jr. (Karen) of Winston-Salem and Susan Phillips LeClair (William "Bill") of Castle Hayne, NC; her grandchildren, Ashley Hopkins (Stephen, Sr.) of Castle Hayne, Chad Davis of Castle Hayne and Garrett Phillips (Audrey) of San Diego, CA; her daughter-in-law Brittany Phillips-Nalley of Cullman, AL; her great grandchildren, Ashlyn Harmon, Austin Davis, Christina, Stephanie, Stephen Hopkins and Sawyer Phillips; and her goddaughter Terri Ellen Dyson. She is also survived by cousins, nephews, and nieces.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the family has requested all attendees wear a mask.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christ Moravian Church in memory of Toby Phillips, 919 W. Academy St., Winston-Salem, NC 27101.
