She was predeceased by: her parents, R. A. White and Frances White; and her husband James Perkins. She is survived by: her children, James Richard Perkins and Jamie Perkins; and her siblings, Rhonda Watson (Linc) of Belfast, Virginia and R. A. White (Wanda) of Lebanon, Tennessee. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
