He is survived by: his parents, Steven Jeffrie Raper and Martha Dawn Moore; his wife Kim Craver Raper; and his pets, Ghost and Harley.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the J. C. Green & Sons Funeral Home (122 W Main St, Thomasville, NC 27360).
