Ruby Porter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby Porter (Trinity, North Carolina), who passed away on June 11, 2019 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Warner Dodson and Bertha Cox Dodson; her husband Leon Porter, Sr.; and her sisters, Inez Dodson, Ella Tsumas and Louise Manuel.
She is survived by: her children, Leon "Bunky" Porter, Jr. (Mary) and Sherry Lee Porter (David); her grandchildren, Dara, Brandon Porter, Mark Porter (Tiffany), Meredith Means (Will), Matthew Porter (Sarah) and Michael Porter (Emma); her great grandchildren, Ashlyn, Will, Ruby, Tripp, Leo, Wyatt and Ellie; her sister Vivian Weatherman; and her close friend Trina.
