He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Eugene Mason, Sr. and Edna Modena Dehart Mason; and his sister-in-law Wilma Mason. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Grant Mason; his children, Angie Fivecoat (Chris) of Randleman, Barbara Luther of Spencer, Deanna Lenz of Thomasville, James Mason of Lexington, Kenan Foster (Suzanne) of Staley and Darren Foster (Anna) of Sophia; and his brothers, Calvin Mason, Jr. of Topton, Hoyt Mason (Cindy) of High Point, Tim Mason (Jo) of Winston-Salem and Samuel Mason (Trudy) of Topton. He is also survived by grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
